ROBINSON TOWNSHIP CEMETERY RULES
  1. Any tombstone, monument, inscription or any other memorial structure or display shall be approved by the Sexton/Caretaker.
  2. Temporary markers from funeral homes are required. 
  3.  All urns shall be placed to the side of the tombstone and not over the gravesite. 
  4.  All flowers, real or artificial, must be in urns placed in accordance with number 3.
  5. Under no circumstances shall rocks, stones, woodchips, granite pebbles, fencing or any kind of landscaping material be used as decorative cover or edging. 
  6.  No trees, shrubs or bushes are to be planted on the lot.
  7. No walls, concrete edgings or buildings are to be placed on a lot.
  8. All graves are to be kept level with the adjacent lots so as not to interfere with lawn maintenance.
  9. No shepherd hooks are allowed.
  10. Hours of operation are from dawn to dusk.
The Township reserves the right to correct, remove or have removed any violation of these rules with costs assessed to the violator(s).
 
The Sexton/Caretaker or Township shall have the right and authority to remove and dispose of any and all growth, emblems, displays or containers therefore that through decay, deterioration, damage or otherwise become unsightly, a source of litter or a maintenance problem.
 
General cleanup days will begin on or after March 1st and October 1st of each year.

CLEAN UP NOTICE

April 15, 2010 is the last day for cleanup of graves. All

 items left on gravesites after April 15, 2010 that do not

adhere to he Robinson Township Cemetery Ordinance may

be removed and disposed of by Robinson Township

Maintenance personnel. Larger items will be placed behind

the cemetery work shed. The ordinance can be viewed via

the link on the left hand side of this page. If you have
