August 3rd is the Primary Election!!!! Don't

forget to vote. The polls are open from

7 a.m. until 8 p.m.

All three precincts vote at the Robinson

Baptist Church on the corner of 120th

and Buchanan, directly across from the

Fire Department.

If you need an absentee ballot please call

me or call the Township Office. An

application can be downloaded from the link

on the right side of this page.

July 6th is the last day to register to vote in

order to be eligible to vote in the 

August 3rd Election.

If you cannot contact me at the Township Office please feel to call me at my Home Office. I can provide AV applications,Notary Service,Freedom of Information forms,VOTER REGISTRATION and cemetery information at that location. I will try to answer any questions you might have.

Board meetings are when decisions are made that affect you and we need your input. There are many important issues facing Robinson Township. We need to know how you feel about various issues. Please plan to attend.

Now is the time to make sure you are registered to vote and that all information is current for the next election.

We are also in need of election inspectors. We provide the training. If you are interested please contact me at the Township Hall 846-2210 or at my home office 846-2159.

  

Bonnie Carnell is our resident Elections Assistant. She maintains our QVF files at the Township, and is available to answer any questions you may have about elections. Just call the Township and leave a message with Mindy and Bonnie will return your call.

Christine Saddler is my Deputy clerk. She is working for Ottawa County in the mornings and will be in the Township Office in the afternoons.You may reach her at (616) 846-2210.

Remember we are here to serve the Public. All records except Personnel Files and litigation matters are open to the Public and may be inspected upon request or obtained through a Freedom of Information Request.

If you are a new resident of Robinson Township and have not received a “New Resident Packet“ please call the Township at 846-2210 and request one from Mindy. These are full of useful information and coupons from area businesses.

As a new resident you might want to consider purchasing a Robinson Township History Book. They are available at the Township for $25.00 and contain many interesting facts and stories about the Township.
